This is the first thing I made using Adobe Illustrator. We used the gradient tool to make a "sunset" background and then we used the curvature tool to trace a picture of an elephant and an eagle to make a silhouette sunset.
For this project, we used the curvature tool to trace a pictutre of Will Smith and make a faceless portrait of him. We also learned how to use an image to make swatches, but I didn't include it in this part of the project. ♡ Click Here To See My Reference Photo ♡
For this project, we learned how to use the curvature tool, and the reflection tool. We took a picture of Queen Elizabeth II and used the curvature tool to trace her head. We then used the reflection tool and the duplication tool to reflect the image's silhouette.
This project was mailnly a creative one. We used the curvature tool and the pen tool to create logo's of our name, with this, we each made at least 3 different design's. I was quite proud of my work especially because I used the swatch tool to make unique patterns on one of the logos.
This was our first group project, we had started to learn to use the tools like the Rectangle Tool, the Perspective Grid tool, and many others. I made other small things but my biggest focus and success with the project was my clock tower. I feel that it turned out quite well, because I took lot of time into things like the shadows and position of the roof.
The other part I was proud of in this project was my cars. I made the yellow one first then dupliacted it 3 times to make the others. I once again put a lot of time into the idea of "shadows" when I made these. The overall creative design, I can admit, wasn't my best, but I am STILL proud of it.
